Ronnie Irani’s side were up against it when the Midlands side won the toss, batted and posted 173-4 thanks to Hylton Ackerman (64) and Paul Nixon (57 off 33 balls).

It was a disappointing end to an otherwise entertaining first run to Twenty20 Finals Day.
