In the end, after blocking the first delivery from Daren Powell, Hemp struck the next two deliveries to the boundary to see his side home with their total on 328-6, beating their previous highest batting second - 314/2 against the British Universities at Cambridge in their Benson and Hedges Cup match in 1996.
