LEICESTERSHIRE’S Twenty20 Cup party was gatecrashed by the Worcestershire Royals who inflicted a fourth successive defeat in the NatWest Pro40 at Grace Road.

Leicestershire had struggled to get their innings going against some lively bowling after being put in, although a partnership of 76 between HD Ackerman and Darren Maddy broke the shackles.
