Hampshire made 303-1 against Notts at Trent Bridge today, with Adams and Crawley both making 100s. Great partnership, obviously, but if a team only loses one wicket in 104 overs, shouldn't they be making a few more than 300?
Middlesex's 344-5 and Leicester's 354-6 were a bit more like it. And yesterday Gloucs and Sussex both made 355!
They finished with 572-3 - the sort of score that makes you wonder how many they'd have made if they hadn't declared! Adams scored a bit faster on the 2nd day finishing with 262 off 446 balls.
