England are struggling to get these runs. 258 looks a long way off at the moment. 74-4 and on comes Muralitharan.

We do seem to be stuggling at the moment, we could certainly do with a good knock from someone here, but with Strauss, Bell, Pietersen and Colly all gone, its not looking likely.  Sad

Dalrymple has got two Championship 200s to his name so he can bat, they need to get a move on though.

128-4, it's looking a bit better now. But Tres needs to stay there - the asking rate's up to 6.3 now.

They should have been able to get 258, but the dismissal of Pietersen was a turning-point. Great catch though. After that they got behind the rate and then lost more wickets as they tried to accelerate. Maybe we'd be better batting first?

Dalrymple batted well, i'm always an optimist and still thought we'd do it with about 5 overs left.

When Dalrymple was out even i conceded defeat!
