I am not here to spam or blag anyone, but outside my normal job, I am working with Cricket, Rugby and Football teams to help them earn additional revenue via internet auctions.
It is something being VERY well received by the fans, as they are able to buy items DIRECTLY from the clubs, thus ensuring they are not purchasing from sites where 95% of sports memoriblia items are fake. Fans are also ensuring the money goes straight back into the club.
Also, the club gets to sell direct to fans, ensuring they get maximum return on the sale. This stops the hundreds of companies out there exploiting and making money out of the clubs' brand name. On top of this, unlike well known site, clubs are not charges for listing any items, or posting phots etc so again they get maximum return without being ripped off.
Clubs are not only going to be listing signed memoribilia but also more unique items such as vip days out, training with team, commentator for a day, assistant manager for the day. etc etc.
